Uniting Elements Therapy
Moving You Forward
The Practice
The goal of my practice is to unite the many vital elements of our lives. Bringing together and consolidating the relationship we have with ourselves and with others to a more meaningful level.
The way we connect with ourselves and with others defines how we live and feel. This connection affects our moods, emotions, and behaviour, so when it is fragmented, conflictual and ceasing to bring us joy, we can feel lost and overwhelmed.
As a fully qualified Psychotherapist counsellor, I aim to guide you through this and reunite the fractured elements of your life.
I offer, through my private practice, a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to discuss your issues and explore the best outcomes for you or yourself and partner. I am also able to offer remote sessions via video conference.
